So you'll get both.
We'll use the tools of Wisdom of The Body to explore what comes up for us around INTIMACY--closeness with another human being. With support and information, intimacy can be a gateway into healing some of our deepest wounds. Unfortunately, we usually don't get the support or the information to do that when we're in the throes of relating to another human. WisBo lets us slow down the moment, regroup, make conscious choices about how we want to show up, and heal what gets in the way of the intimacy we long for.
